New construction & expansions

New Control Systems

Building a new facility, adding rooms, or expanding your machine room? We design the whole system around how your plant will actually run — PC-based control, shop-built panels on open Weidmüller I/O, and the people who designed it answering the phone when you call.

What you get

One complete system, end to end.

From the first electrical schematic to the final commissioning checklist, we own the work. Every new system is built from the same proven pieces.

PC-based control

Fanless industrial control PCs with dual high-endurance SSDs, nearly unlimited historical data, comprehensive graphic screens, and thousands of PID loops running at once. A backup desktop is all it takes for full redundancy.

PC-Based Control

Weidmüller I/O

Every new panel uses Weidmüller modular I/O over standard Modbus TCP and ordinary Ethernet. Off-the-shelf parts available from multiple distributors — no special communication cards and no vendor lock-in.

Control Panels

Shop-built panels

Relay-isolated inputs and outputs, manual switches for control outputs, color-coded and labeled wiring, and made-in-USA steel enclosures. Every panel is mechanically and electrically checked in our shop before it ships.

Control Panels

Machine room control

Auto suction pressure control, flexible compressor sequencing, slide-valve PID capacity control, wet-bulb-based discharge pressure setpoints, and condenser fan and pump sequencing.

Machine Room Control

Energy savings built in

Variable-speed fans and compressors, demand refrigeration, duty cycling, intelligent defrost, load shedding, and demand limiting — designed in from day one instead of added later.

Energy Savings

Remote access & alarms

Alarm calls, texts, and emails; verbal alarm announcements; and remote access through AnyDesk, VNC, RustDesk, or RDP — whatever fits your IT policy. Tech support over the Internet when you need it.

How a new system comes together

1. Design

We start with your equipment list, room layout, and how you want the plant to operate. From there we design the control strategy and produce detailed electrical drawings showing the physical layout and every connection.

2. Panel build

Panels are built in our own shop on Weidmüller I/O, with every wire labeled at both ends and wiring color-coded by signal type. Labels are supplied for the field wiring that lands in the panel at installation.

3. Software

We configure the control software and graphic screens for your plant — zones, compressors, condensers, vessels, and whatever else your process needs. Those same electrical drawings can be pulled up right from the control screens.

4. Startup & training

We commission the system, tune it to your plant, and train your operators. After that, the people who designed and built your system are the same ones who answer the phone.

Expanding a plant that already has an older control system? We can bring the existing equipment onto the same new system — see Retrofits.
